The first thing you need to do is make sure that you clear the surface that needs painting; this should be easy and you will just need to park your car elsewhere. Then, you need to wash down the area with a light detergent that will remove and grease or oil stains that may have dripped down from your car.

Choose you day for this exercise well; a day in the summer is great as the paint will dry quickly. Try a day that is breezy but not too windy; if it is very windy then dirt and leaves will blow onto your lot or garage and stick to the wet paint.

Once the area is dry and clean, all that is left is to apply the non slip paints. Apply an even coat and make sure that no one will then step onto it until it is thoroughly dry.
